Scheduling

We are by appointment only, and only come in when we have scheduled appointments.  This means we do not accept walk ins.  Someone will be available to see you 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  All scheduling is done over the phone at (812) 893-8164.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you give a 1-hour notice of a cancellation or reschedule.  If you do not notify us prior to your appointment start time that you are unable to keep the appointment, you will be required to pay a $25 no-show fee upon rescheduling.  This is to cover the cost the clinic incurred during your initial appointment.  It does not go toward your next appointment and is nonrefundable.

How Late is Too Late?

Like most appointments, we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Have an Appointment for Each Person You Bring

Each head screening takes around 10 minutes to complete, and a full treatment often takes over an hour.  Please provide the total number of people to be seen at the time you book the appointment.

Child Care

We do have chalkboards and coloring books for the children to play with.  In case these items are already in use, it’s always a good idea to bring something for a child to do while they wait.  If you have a young child and plan to be treated yourself, please bring someone to watch the child while you are in the chair.

Cosmetic Comb Out

As we use the AirAlle and Active Rinse during our treatments, we ensure everything is dead when you leave the clinic.  We still do a comb out, but just for cosmetic purposes.  Removing the vast majority of the nits gives a cleaner look and allows the client to return to normal activity immediately following the treatment.
